  By booking our airport pick-up service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your flight details, destination address, contact information, and payment method.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you and your luggage comply with the airport security and customs regulations and that you have the necessary documents and visas to enter the country.
  • You are responsible for notifying us as soon as possible if there are any changes or delays in your flight schedule or if you miss your flight.
  • You are responsible for following the instructions of our driver and meeting them at the designated spot at the airport. If you fail to do so within 60 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge you the full amount.
  • You are responsible for respecting the driver, the vehicle, and the local traffic laws. You are not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle. You are also not allowed to bring any pets, weapons, or hazardous materials in the vehicle. If you cause any damage or injury to the driver, the vehicle, or any third party, you will be liable for the costs and consequences.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, protests, or force majeure events.
  • We are not responsible for any personal belongings that you leave behind in the vehicle. We will try our best to return them to you if possible, but we cannot guarantee their safety or availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service at any time without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions or who behaves in an inappropriate or unlawful manner.
